Cookie policy
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is nothing here to accept or decline, which is why you were not asked.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner exists to ask permission before something is written to or read from your device. Nothing on this site does that. The analytics we use is cookieless and stores nothing locally, so a banner would be asking you to permit something that is not happening.
This site used to carry one. The irony was that the banner itself was the only thing touching your device — it saved your answer so it could stop asking. Removing it removed the storage along with the click.
What the analytics counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and referrers in aggregate: how many people read a page, and roughly where they came from. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites.
It cannot tell us who you are. There is no login, no profile and nothing that ties one visit to another.
Phone calls and enquiries
If you ring the number on this site, the call goes through a tracking number so we know which of our pages produced it. We see that a call happened, when, and how long it lasted.
Calls are not recorded. We do not listen to them, keep audio, or transcribe them.
If you use the enquiry form, we receive what you typed into it. That is covered by our privacy policy, which explains who holds it, who it is passed to and how to have it deleted.
What we do not use
No advertising pixels, no Meta or Google remarketing tags, no chat widget, no session recording, no heatmaps, no A/B testing tool, and no third-party fonts. The typefaces are served from this site.
